Good grief. Some people are just never satisfied. Official details surrounding Archie Harrison's royal christening haven't been released yet, but there is speculation that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going to keep the whole thing private instead of having a more public baptism like Kate Middleton and Prince William had for their kids. Of course, this is just unacceptable to those who think they need to have a bird's eye view of the celebration.

  • Apparently the christening will take place on Saturday, July 6.

According to what royal sources told the Times, Meghan and Harry plan on having Archie's christening at St. George's Chapel in Windsor, the same venue where they were married.

Hello! magazine is reporting that only 25 lucky guests have been invited, and the group will include Doria Ragland, Kate Middleton and Prince William, Prince Charles and Camilla, and of course, close friends of Meghan and Harry's. Serena Williams and Jessica Mulroney are thought to be attending, and are likely to be named godmothers to Archie.

Oh, and supposedly Queen Elizabeth isn't going to be there. What the what?!?

  • Meghan and Harry certainly have every right to do this baptism their way.

Given how private the details of Archie's birth were (Meghan had already delivered Archie before it was even announced that she was in labor), we probably shouldn't be all that surprised that the christening is going to be a strict close friends and family affair.

  • Heck, they won't even show off this kid's whole face yet.

Although, this little glimpse was definitely much appreciated by royal fans.

  • However, not everyone is thrilled at all the secrecy over Archie.

This tweet from royal correspondent Rebecca English really set some people off.

  • Every party has a pooper.

  • Some think their decision is unfair ...

Huh. Why shouldn't they be able to pick and choose which moments to share with the world?

  • Some are more extreme than others ...

    A little harsh ... no?

  • The exclusion of the press from arrivals and departures is what really has people fired up.

We can probably expect for Meghan and Harry to release a photo on the Sussex Royal Instagram account, but it looks as if we won't be graced with video of the family walking into the chapel, like we saw with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis' christenings.

  • Meghan and Harry do have others defending them, however.

  • Some people just want the two of them left alone.

Honestly, we have to agree. Although it would be lovely to see photo after photo of Meghan and Harry with Archie on this special day, they should be able to enjoy the moment away from prying eyes, with the people they hold most dear.

  • Sadly, the criticism of these two is unlikely to stop anytime soon.

Sigh. Can't people just leave them alone already?
