Kim Kardashian and Kanye West shared the first photo of their fourth child, along with his name, on Friday, but after some intense backlash on social media, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has deleted it from her Instagram account. Some fans were very concerned about baby Psalm from the photo she posted, and it looks as if the scrutiny got to her, because that pic is now gone.

  • Kim shared a screenshot of a text message from Kanye to social media last week.

She only added the caption "Psalm West." Psalm was born the week prior to a surrogate. It was the second time Kim and Kanye used a gestational carried, after two medically complicated pregnancies with North and Saint. It was such a sweet text exchange, and it's obvious the couple is over the moon with their latest addition.

  • It wasn't long before fans started worrying about baby Psalm's safety, though.

It's long been recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics that young babies be placed on a firm surface on their backs to sleep, in a cradle, bassinet, or crib, free from extra pillows, blankets, or toys, to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)

  • People couldn't stop worrying about Psalm, even one mom who tragically lost her own baby to SIDS.

  • The comments warning Kim about the "dangerous" position Psalm was in kept coming.

  • Although Kim deleted her Instagram post without giving a reason, we have to wonder if it was from the backlash from this photo. She's a smart woman and a good mom, so if we had to guess, we'd say that this photo was only for a photo op, and they really don't let baby Psalm sleep like that. Maybe it was even part of his newborn photoshoot.

We're sure baby Psalm is just fine.
