Changes are afoot in Windsor, England, that's for sure. Not long after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wed there in May 2018, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved out of central London's Kensington Palace for the leafy village just outside of the capital. How bucolic! Naturally, Harry and Meghan's move to Windsor has created a new interest in the town, and from the looks of things, the duke and duchess -- and baby Archie --  are about to get new neighbors.

For a pretty penny, of course.

  • Just before Meghan and Harry welcomed their first child, the pair left bustling Kensington Palace behind for a more quiet life in Windsor.

As many royal fans know, this isn't dissimilar from what Prince William and Kate Middleton did when they moved to Anmer Hall in Norfolk after they got married in 2011.

Moving to the countryside is a great way for a commoner to ease into royal life -- particularly when there's a baby. There's more privacy in a place like Windsor or Norfolk, and plenty of space for little ones to run around. Idyllic!

  • Privacy aside, though, the house around the corner from Harry and Meghan just went up for sale.

And needless to say, given the proximity to the duke and duchess, people are going to be seriously interested in the place.

The property, which is going for nearly $1.4 million, has three stories and incredibly good bones. Some renovations will definitely need to be done by the person who buys the place, but again, the new homeowners will be a hop, skip, and a jump away from Harry and Meghan, who just renovated a home, as well.

Perhaps they can share their contractor?

  • The property, which is on King's Road, is a quick five-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) to the Sussexs's new home, which let's be honest here, is INSANE.

"It's a magnificent property which presents a wonderful renovation opportunity for the lucky buyers," Anthony Blackstone, director of Winkworth's Sunningdale branch, told The Daily Mail. "With the Duke and Duchess of Sussex living just around the corner, Windsor has become somewhat of a fairy tale town and is a marvelous place to raise a family."

Also, can anyone say: Playdates with baby Archie?

  • While being close to the Sussexes is a great selling point, it's doubtful that whomever moves there is going to bother Harry and Meghan.

Like the duke and duchess, they'll probably be looking for some privacy of their own.

That said, there's always the chance of running into Harry, Meghan, and little Archie while out on a walk. Pretty cool.
