Leave it to the stars of this HBO hit TV show to make a dream come true! Cast members from Game of Thrones came together to grant an 88-year-old woman's wish while she was in hospice, and the story behind it is just too sweet and likely a memory she'll never forget.

  • Claire Walton wanted to watch Sunday's night GoT episode and she wished she could meet someone from the cast before she passed away.

E! News reports providers at Providence's HopeHealth threw a hail Mary in effort to grant Claire's dying wish.

... and boy did they ever.

  • Although she wasn't able to meet any of the stars from the show in person, what she did receive was pretty amazing.

Ten Game of Thrones actors -- including Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth), Miltos Yerolemou (Syrio Forel), and Josef Altin (Pypar) -- came together to record a video for Claire.

"HopeHealth, her hospice facility, dove deep into their network to create a video compilation of 10 cast members wishing Claire well," a spokesperson at HopeHealth told E! News. "It was truly remarkable!"

"Remarkable" is a pretty accurate way to describe it, we think.

  • Claire died Monday evening, but she was able to watch Sunday's episode first.

It's sad to hear that Claire has passed away but good to know that her wish came true. What a joy that likely was.

  • Fellow Game of Thrones fans can't help but think the story is so sweet.

How nice are these comments? We've gotta admit that one commenter is right, though: It would've been cool of them to let her watch the remaining episodes of the season -- then she could have seen how it all ends.

  • We're so glad that Claire got to see her final wish through.

Something tells us she's the kind of lady who would have made Arya proud.
