Can't say we didn't see this one coming. Hallmark cut ties with Lori Loughlin amid reports she participated in a multimillion-dollar college admissions scandal that continues to turn heads. This is a big deal, considering Fuller House got canceled and the celeb mom has a number of projects with Hallmark.

(Basically, her checks are about to take a hit.)

  • Lori is (or was) a pretty big star on Hallmark's channels.

She's starred in a number of Hallmark movies and television series -- including When Calls the Heart, Garage Sale Mysteries, Homegrown Christmas, Every Christmas Has a Story, Northpole: Open for Christmas, and many other projects.

If there was a poster child for all things Hallmark and Christmas movies, Lori Loughlin would definitely be it -- and maybe Candace Cameron Bure.

  • And it looks like the company is done with Lori as it's handing her a pink slip.

"We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations," the Hallmark Channel said in a statement about Lori Loughlin, Variety reports.

"We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third party production."

It looks like the same fate is in the cards for one of Lori's daughters as Sephora stripped its partnership with Olivia Jade, Lori's 19-year-old who's under attack online in light of the scandal.
  • Hallmark's decision comes after fans of the company called for Lori to be fired.

Hallmark fans called Lori out, urging for her to be fired, after flooding a When Calls the Heart Instagram post with Lori shared a day before news of the scandal broke.

    Yeah, it wasn't pretty.

  • Yeah ... we saw this one coming.

It would be mighty hard for a brand -- focused on morals, integrity, and wholesome content -- to keep a star indicted in a college scam. Lori Loughlin and her husband are getting called to the carpet for paying $500,000 (a bribe) to secure their daughters' future at USC.

    And there's consequences for that.
