Her due date is getting closer, but details about Meghan Markle's birth plan are still being kept under wraps. The Duchess of Sussex is due to give birth in April, and it looks like we finally may have a real clue as to where she will give birth to her first child with Prince Harry.

  • It was previously reported that Meghan would be skipping the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London.

The reason? Apparently the Duchess of Sussex "doesn’t want to do anything that Kate Middleton has." Well that seems awfully petty, but if rumors of their continued feud are true, we sort of understand why Meghan wouldn't want to open herself up to any more comparison with her sister-in-law.

Realistically, it was assumed that Meghan might choose to give birth at a hospital closer to Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle, where the couple will reportedly be living when Baby Sussex makes his or her debut.

  • Of course, the Lindo Wing is where Kate Middleton had all three of her children.

It's also where Princess Diana gave birth to William and Harry, and where Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton, chose to give birth to her first child with husband James Matthews last fall.

  • It looks as though Meghan may be heading to L&D at the Lindo Wing after all.

According to reports, Lindo Wing staff have been told "not to take holiday in April." A source admitted, "Everyone thinks it’s got something to do with the royal baby but no one is confirming anything."

  • No matter where Meghan gives birth, we're sure that she'll bring her own sort of flair to the event.

It's already been rumored that she's been seeing famed acupuncturist Ross Barr to help her "unwind and relax" during her pregnancy, and will continue to do so right up until delivery. She's also reportedly looked into hypnobirth on the recommendation of her mom, Doria Ragland. According to at least one insider, "Meg wants a natural birth if she can have one. Her mother is very into anything that is holistic and natural, and having been brought up with yoga and mindfulness, it's all very much part of Meghan’s birth plan."

No matter how or where Meghan decides to give birth, we just hope that she and baby have a healthy delivery. We'll be waiting impatiently for updates in the upcoming weeks!
