Demi Lovato Knocks Out Trainer's Tooth While Sparring

Mama said knock you out -- or at least that tooth! (Yikes.) Folks might want to think twice about coming for this celebrity as Demi Lovato knocked out someone's tooth while sparring. And it's safe to say this guy might want to invest in a stronger mouthpiece ... and make an appointment with his dentist soon.

The Unbreakable Performance Center shared a video of Jay Glazer holding the tooth Demi Lovato knocked out while sparring.

"Holy sh** I literally knocked @jayglazer's tooth out during training this morning -- while he was wearing a mouth piece!!!! Hahahahaha sorry (not sorry) Jay!!!" Demi Lovato wrote in an Instagram post. "So coach, when's my first fight?"

Yeah, don't mess with Demi.

It's quite clear she has hands and isn't afraid to unload if and when necessary. Plus, Demi is a practitioner of Brazilian jiujitsu, meaning she can beat ya up standing toe-to-toe or on the ground.
People are amazed and proud of Demi.

While some are laughing, we think it's more about the situation and less of a ha-ha that someone got a tooth knocked out.
After all, this isn't a sight we see on the daily.
