With songs like "Gunpowder and Lead" and "Kerosene," the writing is pretty much on the wall not to mess with this country singer. Outlets are reporting Miranda Lambert got into a physical altercation that involved a salad. And if that sounds super random AF, it should.

... because it is.

  • TMZ reports Miranda got into it with a couple at a restaurant Sunday night that ended with her dumping her salad in a woman's lap.

The news outlet notes Miranda, who was dining with her mom and a friend at the time, was fed up with a man who picked a fight with her friend in the guy's bathroom -- apparently for "wisecracks" about "millennials and their phones." Sources claim Miranda "had to be held back" when the guy started yelling at her table, so she did what she thought was best: She walked up to the guy's wife at their table, popped off at the mouth, and dumped her salad on the woman's lap.

  • And as crazy and random as that sounds, something tells us she might be in the clear with the cops.

Law enforcement told TMZ they responded to a call about two guys fighting but did not file a report about the incident.

  • A number of people are applauding Miranda for sticking up for her friend.

Judging by these comments, lots of people can put themselves in Miranda's shoes -- seeing someone (allegedly) yell and pick a fight with a friend.

There's only so much someone can take.
  • Others aren't amused and think the country star would've gotten called out if she was someone else.

    ... like Cardi B.

Other critics couldn't help but take a dig at Miranda Lambert dating a married man not too long ago.
  • Guess we know to leave Miranda alone in a restaurant.

Don't start nothing, won't be nothing.

Kidding (LOL). We don't condone getting into it with anyone, especially us regular folks who likely don't have the bail money to do so.
