  • Roger has been sharing videos on Instagram, detailing his accounts of what happened after being taken away from his home in a police car.

"This is the level my ex wife takes it to after telling my kids their dad is a piece of sh*t and she's sorry she ever had children with him," Roger accuses in his Instagram post. "She gets so emotional and irrational in her anger this is the level she brings it too. Saddest day of my life watching her tell my daughter 'she is sorry she had children with your daddy. ' The truth will come out. The truth will set you free. I will never stop fighting for my kids.

During this video, Roger reveals he went about his day after calling the police after their initial fight -- in fear Jenni would make a false statement against him -- and filmed his podcast before cops woke him at 2 a.m., informing him he had to leave the house as Jenni got a restraining order against him.

  • "I struggled internally with this for a long time, whether to put stuff out there publicly ..." Roger mentions in another video.

"... [B]ecause there's a possibility my children could see it some day, and that tears me apart," he adds.

"So I struggled with it, until tonight when I'm the one that called the police, because my wife was shouting, screaming at me .... while she's screaming in my daughter's face, 'your father is a piece of sh*t -- he's out of here -- I'm so sorry I ever had children with him,' to my 4-1/2-year-old daughter -- who's spanking me in the butt saying 'you're a bad daddy."

  • "I don't even know what to say ... I cannot see my children."

"If anybody on the face of this planet ever says that I was not there for my kids, every day of their life, they're a liar," Roger mentions in another Instagram video, noting in a previous video he's staying at a friends house (he never got arrested), unable to see his kids -- daughter Meilani, almost 5, and son Greyson, 2, who was recently diagnosed with autism -- and with no change of clothes.

"Every day. I don't go away for months at a time, for weeks at a time. I'm always there for my children, always. And I'm not allowed to be there for my children anymore, because somebody else is so hate-filled, that they would do that to the father -- a great father -- to their children. It's sad, man, it's just sad."

  • Roger went on to share several more videos on Instagram that resulted in JWoww releasing a statement of her own.

    This is all so sad.

  • Roger has since responded, refuting Jenni's claims.

"What is upsetting to me is that a statement was released that, in my opinion, implies I put somebody -- whether it be my children, or another person -- in harm's way of some sort," he notes.

"And that is so mind-blowing to me, to even make that suggestion. I am not the violent one, I can assure you. And I don't want to have to prove that, I do not want to go down that road. But I'm prepared, because I have to be. I'm just so dumbfounded -- I can't believe a person would do this to me and not let me see my kids."

  • It appears Snooki has now involved herself as the expectant mom also took to Instagram to share a video of JWoww talking to the police in her home.
