Meghan Markle Has Secretly Been Working With an Old Friend From Hollywood on Her 'Break'

In fact, a new report reveals that, even though she's spending time in Los Angeles with Prince Harry, baby Archie -- and of course, her mom -- Meghan is in "full work mode" right now, and has even enlisted one of her old Hollywood buddies to help her accomplish her latest goal!
Does this woman ever sleep?!
According to the Express, the duchess recently teamed up with a big wig at her former PR firm in LA to raise money for her royal charity.
The report claims that Meghan is working with PR advisor and close friend Keleigh Thomas Morgan to raise "tens of thousands" of dollars for Sussex Royal, the umbrella foundation that supports a number of charities.
Apparently, Thomas Morgan "secretly helped Meghan" when they were launching the charity, as well as with fundraising efforts. She's now reportedly helping the duchess to plan a strategy for the next 18 months -- and she's working with Meghan privately, as opposed to through her firm.
And -- as one would expect -- Meghan is still "running things," even though she's enlisted Thomas Morgan's help.
The Express claims the Duchess of Sussex "insists on maintaining completely creative control, as well as making all executive decisions" when it comes to Sussex Royal. What a boss!
And evidently, Prince Harry happily handed over the reins over to Meghan and she has his "full backing."
A source recently told DailyMailTV: "Meghan may officially be on her royal break, but don't believe she is taking her foot off the gas."
Think what you want of her, but there's no denying she's one of the hardest working members of the royal family.
Sources claim that, while Meghan is enjoying family time, she's also determined to get things done with work.
"The break and Thanksgiving of course have been a time to balance the needs of her family, but you cannot underestimate what an incredible force Meghan is," the source said. "Thomas Morgan has been a huge help in turning Meghan's vision into reality."
The insider added: "She is also acting as a great networker, helping build out relationships and business arrangements once Meghan has set up links to her other celebrity supporters and friends. What is most interesting is that Meghan feels that while the charity will be a worldwide venture, she sees Hollywood and American business circles as key to fundraising. Meghan feels that with the wealth in the US, focusing on fundraising stateside will bring in tens of millions of dollars quickly."
Hopefully, Meghan is enjoying some rest during her break, because clearly she needed it.
That said, we have no doubt that when she's back in the spotlight, she'll be stronger than ever.
"While Harry and Meghan are technically on rest, she is not the type of woman who likes doing nothing; so this break actually could be seen by some as very fortuitous," the source said. "This is a mission that Meghan has been on for a long time. Even in her younger years in Hollywood, she wanted to work towards creating an international charity changing lives."
The insider added: "Now that she has the platform and profile of being a British royal she can truly build this plan. She sees this foundation as one of the key factors in creating a legacy as a new royal and Harry is right behind her. She is plowing much of her time and energy into getting every aspect of the charity ready."
