Sounds like there's some trouble down in Fiji. While her husband Prince Harry paid a visit to a forest, Meghan Markle decided to go down to a market and talk with the local vendors ... but things didn't really go too well after that. The duchess had to be rushed out of one of her royal engagements for the day, and the reason is pretty scary.

  • Meghan was at the Suva Market learning about the UN Women's project "Markets for Change" when her visit was cut short abruptly.

According to the Associated Press, a Kensington Palace representative said that Meghan was rushed out of the market because of crowd management issues.

So, what was supposed to be a 20-minute meet-and-greet in the marketplace turned out to be a mere six minutes.

    Crowd management issues, indeed.

  • Looks like everyone wanted their chance to catch a glimpse of the mom-to-be, but at the end of the day, this was a major security risk for her.

The Daily Mail reported that a royal aide said it was "hot, humid and uncomfortably busy" because of the massive crowds in the market ... so yeah, it was probably best to get Meghan out of there.

The last thing this pregnant royal needs is to be overheated and stressed. She's got enough going on! Earlier in the day, the duchess gave her very first royal speech to the students and faculty of the University of the South Pacific. So, her day was already packed with engagements before the marketplace hoopla.

  • However, despite all of the commotion, Meghan seemed completely at ease and not at all anxious.

Calm, cool, and collected. That's our Meghan.

  • This trip has been a steady stream of busy days and long nights for Meghan and Harry, so we hope this is the last security scare they have.

And luckily, the duke and duchess's security team seems to be on their A-game, so no worries here. After all, we've got to do anything to protect that little bundle Meghan is carrying.

Stay safe out there, Meg and Harry!
