'90 Day Fiancé' Star Molly Hopkins Speaks Out After Luis Mendez Remarries 5 Months After Their Divorce
When we say there are some things you just can't script, believe us. (On second thought, this really could be the plot of a Lifetime movie.) 90 Day Fiancé star Luis Mendez is now a married man ... again. The reality star said "I do" to new special someone in his life, five months after he and Molly Hopkins divorced. And now, his ex is speaking out.
Luis took to Instagram recently to share a video of him dancing with his new bride.
"Yes, I did get married. That was my wedding [on] Sept. 19," he recently confirmed to In Touch Weekly about remarrying shortly after his divorce to Molly. "I love this girl so much. She is so amazing."
Luis remarrying comes after Molly filed for divorce in January, six months after she and Luis tied the knot.
"I have no contact with her. I just want to be happy. I don't want to know nothing about it," Luis confessed to In Touch about the current status of his relationship with Molly. "But if she wants to congratulate me, it's OK."
To say things between these exes are strained would be putting it nicely. There were allegations of domestic violence and a whole lot of other stuff that likely won't have Molly heading out to purchase a wedding gift anytime soon.
Welp, Molly caught wind of Luis's new marriage and addressed things on Instagram Stories.
"Oh yeah for all of you who care, or who wanted to talk junk about me. I totally got used but it's all good," the reality star mentioned in her Instagram Stories video.
"Luis got married to a Dominican lady in Jersey, best I can tell -- I saw pictures. Yeah, he's married to someone else. She looks older than me, [she's] from the Dominican Republic. So all the people who thought I was crazy -- his situation was pretty lovely. I mean, we were together for two years so it's all good. Oh God, it doesn't hurt at all. I'm good. I'm so good."
That answers that.
Looks like there's nothing else to say -- except congrats to Luis?
