Well, you know what they say. Drinking a lot of water is an integral part of any healthy lifestyle, and by the looks of things, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are going to be very hydrated after returning from their tour of Dublin, Ireland. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry payed a visit to Leo Varadkar, Ireland's Taoiseach, and to say that he was on his best hosting game would be an understatement.

  • Now, when the duke and duchess come for a visit, it's important to make them feel welcome, but things may have gotten a little out of hand.

So, if you look closely, you'll see 14 bottles of water on the table. Yes, 14. We aren't sure whether this was over-the-top hospitality or if Harry and Meghan were just royally parched.

But fans were quick to notice the absurd amount of bottles present, and the reactions were priceless to say the least.

  • Some thought the number 14 was simply improper.

Meghan and Harry are royalty, so they know all about proper table manners. Rookie mistake, Ireland.

  • You know, you're right. Looks like they don't have enough.

How are His and Her Royal Highnesses supposed to discuss Irish foreign policy in this kind of unaccommodating environment?? Unbelievable.

  • Well, you can't really argue with this logic.

There's no room for superstitions when the English royalty are in town for a visit.

  • And others wanted to make sure the duke and duchess were aware of our current environmental state.

Surely, the Taoiseach could've sprung for some reusable glasses and a pitcher of water.

  • It's unconfirmed whether Meghan and Prince Harry actually drank any of those water bottles.

At least we know the two will have plenty of memories from their trip to Ireland. And what will they report back to Queen Elizabeth? Ireland: welcoming citizens, beautiful cobblestone roads, good beer, but ... even BETTER water.

    Stay hydrated, folks.
