Our beloved Prince Harry has proven very well that he's a fantastic uncle to little Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and most recently, the adorable Prince Louis. With the youngest prince's christening happening today, it seems that the duke has something very special planned. Prince Harry reportedly broke out the big bucks (well, pounds) for Louis's christening gift, and to top it off, the present also has a very special connection to Harry's late mom, Princess Diana

  • Prince Harry dropped £8,000 on a very rare first edition of a Winnie the Pooh book by A.A. Milne for his newest nephew Louis.

The book was one of 30,000 printed in 1926, and Harry found the gift through London-based rare bookseller Peter Harrington.

Prince Louis may just be a few months old, but he already has quite the book collection.

  • And to make things even sweeter, Prince Harry was inspired by his mother Princess Diana when choosing the right gift.

A source revealed to The Sun, "One of Harry's happiest childhood memories was being read a bedtime story by his mother. She loved all the classics and Harry had the brilliant idea of starting a little library of first editions."

Such an adorable memory! We just love how Harry wants the legacy of his mom to live on in his nephews and niece (and we're sure with his own future children as well).

  • Prince Harry's original choice was an equally as rare copy of Lewis Carroll's Through The Looking Glass, but he felt Winnie was more appropriate.

Prince Louis looks like more of a Winnie the Pooh kinda boy to us anyways.

  • Even though Prince Louis won't be able to enjoy the book by himself just yet, we can easily picture Prince Harry taking time to read to his nephew.

We know that the Duke of Sussex won't have a lot of time for babysitting, but he'll undoubtedly want to make sure the young Prince Louis enjoys his present.

  • Prince Louis's christening will take place at St. James's Palace in London today.

The young prince's godparents were already chosen, and they will be accompanied by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and Pippa and James Matthews. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip won't be in attendance, but it'll still going to be an event to remember!

And who knows, maybe this all of the excitement surrounding the day, Prince Louis will need to unwind with a good book. If so, his uncle Harry has him covered.
