  • "I can't do anything and have to lay down most of the time and take care of my vision," she revealed to People.

"I have to worry about that right now. That's my main concern," she added.

Mama June, who's been in North Carolina with her boyfriend Geno Doak to receive treatment for her eyes, has suffered from vision loss in her right eye as a result of poorly-treated childhood cataracts. Sadly, her left eye is no better as she has a disorder in which "the retina separates from the layer underneath," People reports.

  • "I can lose the weight, I know that. And I know I don't want to go back over 200 lbs. I'm paying attention to it more."

Mama June's transformation has been nothing short of incredible. The 38-year-old reality star, who reportedly once weighed 460 pounds, spent $75,000 on surgery and augmentation last year to drop from a size 18 to a size 4.

  • Surprisingly, folks are pretty supportive of Mama June's health journey.
