Bye bye Stormi! Kylie Jenner posted a new selfie over the weekend, and fans were quick to notice something peculiar about it. Although it was obvious that she was holding her 4-month-old daughter in the photo, Kylie cropped out her entire face. When asked about it in the comments, she made a revelation that we weren't really expecting.

  • The 20-year-old posted this fresh-faced photo on Sunday, and added the caption, "i spy with my little eye..."

When a fan pointed out the obvious that we can't see baby Stormi's gorgeous face, Kylie responded, "yeah I cut my baby out. I’m not sharing photos of my girl right now."

  • Kylie welcomed her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott on February 1, after keeping the pregnancy under wraps for the entire nine months.

The couple released a video shortly after the birth of their daughter, confirming that Kylie had in fact been pregnant, and sharing clips of her pregnancy, baby shower, and even a sound clip from the delivery room.

Kylie posted an apology on Instagram to her fans, and explained her reasoning for the intense privacy, saying, "I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. my pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself i needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way i knew how. there was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal i had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness."

  • We don't blame her a bit for feeling that way, but we were delighted when it seemed like she was going to be much more open about sharing photos and videos of her sweet baby girl on social media.

But it looks like that's over for good -- at least for the moment. Not only did Ky say that she's not sharing any more photos going forward, she also went back and deleted every photo that showed her daughter's face on her Instagram. We guess that when she says a thing, she means it.

  • As much as we already miss seeing Stormi's face, we have to applaud Kylie for doing what she thinks is best for her baby.

After all, not many of us know what it's like to grow up in the spotlight, and Kylie certainly does.  If she feels like this is best for her little family, then we're not going to argue with her. Even if we do selfishly hope she changes her mind.
