Welp, it certainly looks like Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum's separation is really hit some people hard. Though most of the World of Dance star's social media followers are supportive of the dancer-turned-actress, others have felt the need to zero in on certain edits she's made to her social media -- including Jenna's decision to remove "Tatum" from her moniker ... along with photos of her ex.

  • The current buzz broke in response to this gorgeous cover Jenna recently shared on the 'Gram.

"15th anniversary issue out now! Thank you @vegasmagazine," Jenna Dewan wrote in her Instagram post about her Vegas magazine spread, aptly titled "the next chapter."

Jenna opened up to Vegas magazine in her first post-split interview about life now with Channing Tatum. "When we met [on the set of Step Up in 2005], it felt like we had known each other for many years," she told the publication. "Ultimately, no matter what Chan and I are doing, we're really great friends. I think that will never change, no matter what."

  • Fans are in their feels about Jenna going back to her maiden name, and feel it's a "slap in the face" to Channing.

Jenna and Channing married in 2009 before shocking the world with their split last month. The couple have a almost 5-year-old daughter named Everly.

  • "Fame on her"? Yes, let's pray to the high heavens Jenna blesses up in this new year (LOL) -- and Channing, too.

  • But "Tatum" isn't the only thing it seems Jena removed. One of her fans pointed out that all of her visual trace of Channing are gone.

  • Yet, the Magic Mike star is still showing his estranged wife some love by "liking" her photos.

    That's pretty sweet.

  • This split might be sad to some, but who knows exactly what went down between these two.

Maybe this decision to consciously uncouple was 100 percent amicable on both sides. (Or maybe it wasn't.) Either way, Jenna felt the need to do a social media cleanse of sorts and is in her right to do so.

It's really no one's business what she does.

(Plus, Jenna Dewan removed "Tatum" from her social media accounts back in April. Y'all are late.)
