But there is a darker side to consider and one that is perceived as a very real danger when it comes to Meghan and Harry’s wedding. While there are so many royal watchers who love the family, there are also precautions that need to be taken when it comes to security because there are people who may want to do harm. We learned quite a bit about the very real danger Meghan and Harry face, and the measures taken to keep them safe during their nuptials.

    Dai Davies is a former Head of Royal Protection and Chief Superintendent of the Metropolitan Police Service and he reminded E! News that "there hasn't been a King or Queen that someone hasn't tried to murde" in the last thousand years. That's a terrifying thought. There has also been very real dangers that have threatened all members of the royal family.

It's estimated that Meghan and Harry's wedding may cost even more … with these very same security details needed and more.

    While it is very hard to believe, there are people who do not like Meghan nor do they want her to be a part of the royal family. The hatred is fueled by ignorance and racially charged. There was even an anthrax scare targeting the bride-to-be. Plus, Harry served in Afghanistan.

Security expert Davies said, "Thousands of people will be working on keeping the family and their fans safe. This is a time to be extremely prudent and sensible." The security plan is very detailed and Meghan already has around-the-clock protection in place. While it is sad that this is the kind of world we live in, it's great that they are on top of any threats or concerns to make sure no one is harmed in any way. 

    And, of course, we're talking about security experts here — these people know what to do and they know how to do it all discretely as not to take away from the magic of the wedding. As long as everyone stays safe, it's only the magic that we will see.
