Feeling frustrated and powerless can be quite crippling. In a new From Not to Hot sneak peek, Mama June reveals her life is "spiraling out of control," which sounds all sorts of sad. Thankfully, the reality star's new man is around, and he actually gives her some pretty good advice.

In an upcoming episode of "Mama June: From Not to Hot," the celeb mom admits she's feeling down.
"What else is bothering you?" Geno Doak, Mama June's new boyfriend, asks during the clip. "It's obvious something is going on."

"I just feel like my life is spiraling out of control," the reality mom confesses. "It's like everything is wrong: Pumpkin, pageant, and damn Alana talking to damn Sugar Bear."

And just when you think this mama would be down for the count, boyfriend Geno is able to help put things in perspective.
"That's a great thing," Doak quickly responds.
"It is," June mentions. "But in the back of my mind, how long is this going to last?"

"What good can come out of worrying about Sugar Bear and what he does?" asks June's new love. "Nothing, you can't change anything."

It's no secret that June and her ex Sugar Bear are involved in a pretty nasty custody battle over their daughter Honey Boo Boo that's likely super stressful.

"You want me and you to sit in front of a lawyer? What are you going to tell 'em? 'I'm a deadbeat father....'" she quips.
