Meghan Markle isn't going to be the only "princess bride" this year. We cannot forget that the lovely Princess Eugenie is engaged to Jack Brooksbank and the couple have set a royal date. There were rumblings that there was some conflict between cousins Prince Harry and Eugenie on when their weddings would take place, but thankfully it's all been sorted out.

  • The wedding bells will ring in October.

For Her Royal Highness and Jack, the wedding will happen on October 12 of this year at the same location as Meghan and Harry's wedding -- St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

While Eugenie and Jack have been together since 2010, they announced their engagement publicly just a couple of days ago on January 22. E! reports that in an interview with BBC's The One Show With Matt Baker, Eugenie shared that she had only been wearing her ring for a day. "We literally told just our mother and fathers, brothers and sisters, and my grandparents. Granny actually knew right at the beginning. She was one of the very few people we told. We left her this weekend, and had a very lovely time and she's very happy, as was my grandfather."

How sweet is it to think of Queen Elizabeth glowing with this happy news!

  • It was love at first sight.

These two sweethearts say they fell in love at first sight. Eugenie, 27, and Jack, 29, first met while skiing with friends eight years ago. On her engagement ring, Jack told the BBC, "I went and found an amazing padparadscha sapphire, but then didn't want to do anything until Eugenie had signed off on it." She surely signed off on it. And now they both signed off on that October date.
