'Rehab Addict' Star Nicole Curtis's Ex Reportedly Has a Warrant Out for His Arrest Due to Unpaid Child Support
Welp, this is an interesting way to start off the New Year. Word has it Nicole Curtis's ex is in trouble because of unpaid child support. And it seems the judge is playing no games, as there's now a warrant out for his arrest (yikes!).
The "Rehab Addict" star has been feuding with her ex Steven Cimini for some time now over their now 20-year-old son Ethan.
Both parents filed the necessary court documents over paternity and child support back in 2001, The Blaze reports, which has apparently been stuck at a standstill since 2015.

But all of this will likely change, as Nicole's ex reportedly owes her close to $15,000 in unpaid child support and allegedly now has a warrant out for his arrest.
It seems Steve missed his December 5 court hearing after a motion of contempt was filed against him just one month earlier for $14,685.54 in back child support he owes. And now, cops can "immediately take him into custody," The Blaze reports, should they come in "contact with him."

Sadly this isn't Nicole's only custody battle, as the DIY star is currently involved in a pretty nasty custody dispute with another ex over their 2-year-old.
Shane Maguire filed court papers on November 13 last year in an effort to get more visitation with his son Harper. Nicole's ex turned heads after he accused her of purposely breastfeeding their almost 3-year-old son to keep him away.

A judge awarded Shane joint custody back in 2015 along with payment for missed parenting time, and seemingly threatened Nicole with jail time. "I'm tired of the parties being back here every other week," judge Lisa Langton once declared, as the Detroit News reports. "I consider this contempt of a court order ... and could include jail time."
Whoa.

Needless to say, Nicole didn't take the jab sitting down; she fired back, along with others who thought it was out of line.
"So grossed out right now ... how is it that so many men think they are the enchanted ones?" Curtis questions in her Instagram response. "And there's not even an emoji to describe this throwing up in my mouth type feeling. PLEASE NOTE - I got a good laugh out of this - it takes a lot to hurt my feelings (like cancer not having a cure) so don't worry about me."
