Dean's son has been at the center of controversy as his mom, Mary Jo Eustace, claims the celeb dad owes over $100,000 in unpaid child support -- and filed a court order of contempt against him in October.

"It's so sad [and] heartbreaking NOT seeing Dean's [first] son included in your family photos. It says a lot," one of Tori's followers criticized in response to her snap. "Why is Dean's oldest son never in any pictures with the rest of the kids?" questioned another.
