This isn't good ... at all. Tori Spelling reportedly could get arrested if she doesn't head to court for failing to pay a money judgment that's over $220,000. (Yikes!) Obviously, this isn't good considering Tori and her husband Dean McDermott's allegedly have serious financial issues as is, and Dean is currently involved in a child support battle with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.

  • Tori reportedly failed to pay City National Bank the remaining $220,000 she and Dean owes them and must head to court -- or face jail.

And apparently, failure to appear in court -- currently scheduled in February 2018 -- is "subject to arrest."
