Everyone knows that former The Hills antagonist Spencer Pratt said and did quite a few things that he may very well come to regret now that he's a dad. Looks like he's already eating his words when it comes to one of his sharp criticisms. The new father, who welcomed son Gunner with wife Heidi Montag on October 1, took to Snapchat on Thursday, November 16 to apologize for judging parents on social media.

“It’s so funny,” he said in the snap as his son snuggled up against his chest. “I used to be like, ‘Why do people put their babies on their content?’ Well, now I know. Because we’re obsessed with our babies. And if you don’t like it, you just click to the next story. So forgive me, anyone in the past, that I judged for putting baby content in your story.”

Spencer and Heidi of course officially became parents back on October 1, welcoming their son Gunner, who was born weighing 6 lbs., 12 oz., and measured 19 in. long.
