When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were all up on each other (by royal standards) at the Invictus Games last week, it was all anyone could talk about. Half of the reason Harry and Meghan were such a hot topic of conversation was because it was the pair's first public outing together, but the other half was because it was such a shock: Royals rarely show affection in public. Think of Will and Kate. Are they approachable and seemingly down to earth? Of course! But lovey-dovey? Not so much.
As it turns out, there's a reason for that. The second in line to the throne has to worry about his image a lot more than the sixth. In other words, Harry is free to act how he wants while there's a little more pressure on Wills. Call it a downside to becoming the King of England.
