Audrina Patridge's Soon-to-Be Ex-Husband Won't Face Domestic Violence Charges

After The Hills star Audrina Patridge filed for divorce from BMX pro Corey Bohan last week, Us Weekly has reported that Bohan will not face domestic violence charges, despite Patridge's horrific stories of his violent outbursts.

According to Us Weekly, Bohan will not be prosecuted by the Orange County District Attorney's office "due to a lack of evidence."

On September 18, Patridge filed for a temporary restraining order against Bohan, and two days later came the divorce papers. Although the two have been together on and off since 2008, they've only been married for 10 months.

"Audrina's number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time," her rep told People.

According to one of People's sources, "These problems have existed their entire relationship." The source said:

"They broke up and got back together, and she really thought things would be different when they got married, but she's realized things had to change before it got even worse, and she had to get her and her daughter out of the situation."
