He wouldn't ... would he? Over the weekend, Prince Harry met with First Lady Melania Trump at the Invictus Games in Toronto. The pair chatted and laughed, and then posed for a few photos together. One of the shots has people scratching their heads, though. In the photo, Prince Harry appears to be making the "devil" symbol with his hands. It's bizarre, to say the least.

Harry has his thumb and middle and ring fingers tucked into his jacket in the photo, while his pointer and pinky remain visible. Naturally, people on Twitter reacted to the photo, saying that he was giving the devil symbol, surreptitiously claiming that either he himself is the devil or that the spirit of the devil was around him.

Um. Okay. Not sure we'd go that far, but the position of his hand certainly is strange.

And from the looks of things, Harry didn't just make the gesture for the photo, but kept it there for a short while after when he was standing there, speaking with the First Lady.

Weird.

More from CafeMom:

Huffington Post spoke to a body language expert Patti Wood, who said that people are misinterpreting Harry's hand gesture. "This is called the horn or the devil's horn, and what people are saying in the media about it is not correct," Wood said. "It is not a sign that he's the devil, but rather a warning off of evil spirits. It's a protective gesture against evil or darkness and illness."

Wood went on to say that putting one's hand on the stomach is an act of self-comfort and she's seen it countless times by world leaders posing in photos with Donald Trump. "At the very least this would be a comfort cue, and show a lot of tension and a need to protect his central core," Wood said of Harry.

Who knows if Harry's hand positioning was intentional or meant anything deeper than what we saw? The only thing we know is that it's a little weird. And what fun is life without a little weird from time to time?
