It's hard to believe Anna Faris and Chris Pratt announced their split just one month ago. But it is in fact a reality that will likely become even more uncomfortable in the near future. Anna Faris's memoir Unqualified comes out October 24, and needless to say, she's feeling panicky about people reading it.

The 40-year-old funny gal recently opened up about her upcoming book on her Anna Faris Is Unqualified podcast, and it's anything but a joking matter.

"I feel really, really nervous because it feels intimate," the newly single mom (Anna and Chris have a 5-year-old son named Jack) revealed on her show. She continued:

"I'm excited and when I first got the book deal, I thought, 'What a great adventure this is going to be,' and now that it's getting closer, I feel nervous in a sense that I've been able to always hide behind characters. And now it's like, this is me. It feels a little scary.

".... Dear listeners. I would love it so much if you picked up my book. But please know, I am so scared. I feel like leaving the country for a while. I'm breaking into a sweat as we talk about it."

Anna's memoir is apparently so revealing, even her cohost Sim Sarna couldn't believe some of the stuff Faris put in the book -- including possible tea spillage of her eight-year marriage to Chris Pratt, who penned her foreword. (Yup, that's probably awkward now.)

"I couldn't believe how revealing you were," Sim told Anna during their podcast. "...There was so much that you hadn't told me personally that I read in the book for the first time."

While Anna's book won't focus solely on her relationship, she seems to write about how a good relationship is possible, which makes our hearts break all over again for her and Chris.

But as with all things, time goes on.
