Since their relationship went public last fall, everything has changed for Markle. While she has been on Suits for a number of seasons, she never had to deal with international fame and paparazzi like she's had to since becoming Prince Harry's girlfriend.

"It has its challenges, and it comes in waves -- some days it can feel more challenging than others," she confessed of the super fame. "And right out of the gate it was surprising the way things changed. But I still have this support system all around me, and, of course, my boyfriend's support."

Harry and Meghan have had to deal with issues that most normal couples don't -- specifically all the trash talk about their relationship. Because Harry is in line to the throne, and Meghan is biracial, and divorced, there's been gossip that they're ill-matched, and even that Queen Elizabeth doesn't approve of the romance.

Meghan isn't letting the negativity affect her though. She explained, "I can tell you that at the end of the day I think it's really simple. We're two people who are really happy and in love. We were very quietly dating for about six months before it became news, and I was working during that whole time, and the only thing that changed was people's perception. Nothing about me changed. I'm still the same person that I am, and I've never defined myself by my relationship."

Talk about having a level head on your shoulders! No wonder Harry is smitten with Meg. She drove the point home by sharing that she doesn't even read the press. "The people who are close to me anchor me in knowing who I am. The rest is noise," she said.

She also credits her happy relationship with Harry to their focusing on each other, rather than what people say about them.

"We're a couple," she said. "We're in love. I'm sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time. This is for us. It's part of what makes it so special, that it's just ours. But we're happy. Personally, I love a great love story."

We love one too -- it's one of the reasons we love watching them so much. Now if only Harry could hurry up and put a ring on it!
