It's official! The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are going to be parents again. Kensington Palace confirmed that Kate Middleton is pregnant with baby number three, and we couldn't be happier for the royal family.

The statement read, "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child ... The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news."

The announcement that Prince George and Princess Charlotte are expecting a little brother or sister came after rumors that Kate has been hospitalized for her severe morning sickness. The soon-to-be mom of three famously suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum in her first two pregnancies, and it seems to be the case this time around as well.

And just as with her first two, the palace released the news as Kate is too sick to carry out her previously scheduled engagements. The duchess is believed to be less than three months along.

"As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today," the statement said. "The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace."

We could not be more excited for another little prince or princess on the way, and hope that Kate's pregnancy isn't quite so bad this time around. Regardless, we're sure she has the best care, and no doubt watching Georgie and Char be excited about the new baby will make it just a little bit easier to bear.

Congrats to Will, Kate, and the entire family!
