Kylie Jenner Is Completely Over Not Being Able to Live a Normal Life

Despite the fact that she's currently starring in her own reality show spin-off, Kylie Jenner revealed that she's over fame in the premiere of Life of Kylie on Sunday night. Well, sort of. While it's obvious that the makeup mogul and Keeping Up With the Kardashians star loves the finer things in life (private jets, her Lamborghini), she also wishes she could just live a normal life out of the spotlight. Quite the quandary.

During the episode, Kylie confides in her best friend, Jordyn Woods, that she wishes she could just go out in public and not have a million photographers in her face. At one point she even compares herself to her sister Kendall, who's "always camera-ready," and said that she wishes she could be more like her (i.e., more into the fame life).

In an attempt to make her feel normal, Jordyn takes Kylie to the beach at night -- which apparently is a place she hasn't been in a long time. During their trip, Kylie gets real with her BFF, saying, "I just feel like this fame thing is going to come to an end sooner than we think. I just want to run away. I just don't know who I'm doing it for."

The two girls walk around like normal people without any cameras in their face and it's really sweet, but of course Kylie spends a good chunk of time Snapchatting their time there.

On a more serious note, Kylie goes to a therapist for the first time during the episode. She explains how, through the constant filming of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (which she's been shooting since she was 9) and social media, she feels like she's lost a good chunk of herself. Kylie explains that she only posts on Instagram and Snapchat to "stay relevant" and to promote her makeup line. But amidst the dozens of videos and photos she posts each day, she doesn't feel like herself anymore. "I think I lost a lot of parts of myself," she reveals. "I used to be really funny."

While it's probably hard for people to feel bad for Kylie for being so famous, the truth is, it can't be all that easy. And let's not forget, she really never had a say in the matter. Hopefully, through therapy and time with people she loves and trusts, Kylie will find a way to strike a good balance between being in the spotlight and being herself.
