Although Beyonce's new wax figure was definitely a complete and total fail, sometimes they actually do get it right. Most celebrity wax figures are known for being extraordinarily convincing -- so much so that the celebrities themselves travel to various Madame Tussauds locations to snap a shot with their look-alike. Not only that, but a having a figure at Madame Tussauds is one of the highest honors a celebrity can receive.

There are few high honors that actors and actresses can receive (aside from fame and money...). Some covet the golden Oscar, others wish to have their handprints pressed into the Hollywood walk of fame, and of course there are the few who feel honored to be a guest voice on The Simpsons. But having a wax figure at Madame Tussauds is a unique honor that lets the world know that an actor has real star power. From London, Singapore, Syndey, and back here in the states, Madame Tussauds is a Hollywood institution.

Just this week Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to show off her super convincing wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hollywood. The figure is wearing Kylie's actual Balmain gown from the 2016 Met Gala. It was so convincing that it even tricked her family!

She wrote on Instagram: "I made her FaceTime my whole family .. fooled everyone."
