Jim Bob Duggar & Ben Seewald's Feud Is the Last Thing We Expected

We never saw this one coming! Apparently, Jim Bob Duggar and his son-in-law Ben Seewald are fighting over religion. And here we thought that the ultra-conservative relatives saw eye-to-eye on all things Biblical, like banning women from wearing pants.

A source The Hollywood Gossip that JB is actively feuding with Jessa's hubby over doctrinal issues, specifically Ben's belief in Calvinism. One of the major tenants that apparently breaks from the Duggar family's fundamentalist beliefs is pre-destination, or the idea that our souls are pre-determined for a particular destination in regards to salvation and Heaven.

The insider claims to be a former employee of the family's and says that their happy-go-lucky attitude toward their personal relationships is really a facade, and that Jim Bob is going against his own religion by "allowing" Ben to influence his daughter religiously.

You know, because she can't think for herself, or form her own opinions about faith and spirituality. Or something.

But the insider said that no matter how much Jim Bob and Ben may disagree on what the Bible really says about salvation, it's a feud that won't be made public. "They chase they almighty dollar instead of their doctrine," they explained about making sure their image stays intact.

"When the cameras aren't rolling, it's a whole different life," they continued. "It's all about money. It's crazy."

We're going to take this feud with a grain of salt ... after all, if Jim Bob were going to argue with one of his sons-in-law over differences in religion, our money would be on Jeremy Vuolo, for letting Jinger traipse around Texas in pants, shorts, and even leggings. And everyone knows that's what really matters.
