There's absolutely nothing wrong with admitting when you could benefit from a little help. Even with fortune, fame, and fabulous good looks, many celebrity couples haven't been too proud to seek counseling -- some admittedly and some reportedly -- to keep their relationships on track.

A neutral person who can listen as each party expresses his or her feelings can offer clarity and perspective. Several of these star couples actually credit counseling with helping them reunite after some challenging times. Good for them!

Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell have been completely open about how much therapy has helped their marriage. In 2015, the Frozen star told Good Housekeeping

"We're the Paula Abdul video 'Opposites Attract' personified. I thought I had this life thing down pat when I met Dax. I didn't realize that I needed a much bigger toolbox to have confrontations and disagreements with people," she told the mag, adding, "You do better in the gym with a trainer; you don't figure out how to cook without reading a recipe. Therapy is not something to be embarrassed about."

Amen!

"They have known their therapist for a long time and try to have weekly sessions just to keep communication open and make sure there are no misunderstandings," the source stated.

Even royal couples need a little help apparently. According to a new report, Kate Middleton and Prince William are in counseling. What's the reason? Supposedly, the pair needs a bit of help after Prince William was photographed partying with a group of girls during a recent boys' trip, causing a strain between the parents of Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Of course, it makes sense that the couple would be open to receiving help. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, together with Prince Harry, started the Heads Together campaign aimed at removing the stigma of seeking therapy. Harry recently opened up about how counseling helped him process his mother's death as his life devolved into chaos in his late 20s for not properly dealing with his emotions.
