No ring, no bring! Pippa Middleton is getting married to James Matthews this summer, and like many brides-to-be, she knows exactly what she wants -- and who she doesn't. According to a new report, Pippa is banning her fiancé's brother's girlfriend, Vogue Williams, from the nuptials. Some say it's because Vogue's relationship with Pippa's future brother-in-law, Spencer Matthews, is so new. Others are saying it's because Pippa doesn't want to be upstaged by a hottie.

From the sound of things, Spencer will be attending his brother James's wedding solo, as Pippa doesn't think it's in good taste for Vogue, who's a reality star, to be mixing it up with royalty -- especially when they haven't been together all that long. "Pippa's view is that it wouldn't be appropriate for her to be there after a few months of dating," a source apparently told the Sun. "But some are shocked because her future brother-in-law will end up attending on his own." But then another insider said, "It's clear Pippa doesn't want to be outshone by any TV babes."

More from CafeMom:

According to the Sun, Pippa wants plus-ones to be either married or engaged to invited guests -- which would mean that, in addition to the "banning" of Vogue Williams, Prince Harry's girlfriend, Meghan Markle, won't be in attendance either.

Without a doubt, there will be tons of beautiful women at Pippa and James's wedding -- many with the power to "upstage" her. But it's Pippa's special day, and, just as it is for all brides, all eyes will be on her. It's a little hard to believe that Pippa isn't inviting Vogue to her wedding because she wants to be the center of attention.

The "no ring, no bring" rule has been around for a while, and while it definitely can be a source of contention, it's ultimately up to the bride and groom to determine the "rules" of their wedding. Just as some couples don't want kids running around during their special day, some don't want people they barely know at their wedding. Different strokes.

Of course, being that this is James's brother we're talking about here, things definitely may get a little weird. After all, it's not like Pippa is never going to see Spencer and Vogue after the wedding, as it might be the case for other guests. But what the bride wants, the bride gets.

Hang in there, Vogue. There's bound to be another fancy wedding this summer that you will be invited to.
