If you're a fan of the Duggar family, you know that they don't exactly fit into the current societal norms of dating. Which is why we're all pretty fascinated by their romantic lives. The Duggar sisters recently offered some dating tips to single young Christian women, and we were all ears.

Some of Jim Bob and Michelle's daughters reportedly gave their best relationship advice in an interview with Crown of Beauty magazine, and we can't say we're exactly surprised by what they had to say.

Basically, always put Jesus first in your life and in your relationship. You're shocked, we know.

Jinger Duggar, who has been married to soccer stud Jeremy Vuolo since last November, shared, "Since we began our relationship, Jeremy and I have learned that when we are walking closely with Jesus, we are closest to each other."

Big sister Jill, who was the first Duggar daughter to tie the knot way back in 2014, explained her best advice, saying, "Don't date anyone who doesn't share the same goals as you." This was an especially sage recommendation, considering that she and Derick Dillard have decided to live the missionary life in Central America. You definitely want to make sure someone is on board with that kind of lifestyle before saying, "I do."

Even Jana offered advice about courting, or lack of courting, as the case may be for her. At 27, she has definitely not followed the typical Duggar path of settling down with a hubby in her late teens or early 20s. She shared, "I believe we all go through times of learning to be content wherever we are in life ... Whether you are a young kid waiting to be finished with school, a young person waiting to get married, then once married, waiting to have a child, then waiting for your children to go up."

As for recently engaged Joy-Anna, she said, "Lord willing, [in five years] I will be married and a mother." We're pretty sure her fiancé Austin Forsyth is on board with that. The families are longtime church friends, after all.
