Queen Elizabeth Handles Cranky Toddler Like a Boss

This little guy was just not having it. While most people we know would die over the opportunity to meet the queen of England, 2-year-old Alfie threw a tantrum instead.


In all fairness, it wasn't a full-fledged, banging-against-the-ground-with-his-fists affair, but it was pretty clear the tyke had other ideas about where he wanted to be at the moment. Hint: It was not with his parents meeting the queen.

Just look at this little boy! He couldn't be any more done if he tried.

Alfie is the son of Sergeant Mark Lunn and his wife, Corporal Michele Lunn, who both served tours of duty in Afghanistan. They were given the honor of presenting the queen with a bouquet of flowers, and they tried to let Alfie deliver the stems.

Things did not go as planned, however. The queen handled it like a pro though, as she's no doubt used to mischievous toddlers around the palace, with Prince William and Kate Middleton's two little ones, not to mention little Mia Tindell, who has gained quite the reputation for being an adorable troublemaker.


It's no wonder the queen can't even be mad. We can't either.
