Even though Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son, Archie Harrison, is only 6 months old, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are already planning for baby number two, according to reports. Not long ago, Prince Harry revealed, while speaking with Jane Goodall, that he and Meghan plan on having two kids "tops." Now, though, it seems that the Sussexes may complete their family sooner than later, as Meghan is already reportedly making birth plans.

According to a report in theExpress, Meghan does not want to give birth in the UK the next time around.

Sources say that Meghan felt "lonely and isolated" when she was pregnant with Archie -- and she's determined not to go through that again.

"Meghan already told pals that when she comes to deliver her next baby, she'd like to do it in LA where she was born and bred," an insider said. She said that being pregnant in the UK without any of her family and friends felt incredibly lonely and uncomfortable for her. So she's keen to change that the second time around and would like to buck tradition to ensure she's happy -- although that may ruffle feathers along the way."

Even though it's completely understandable why Meghan would want to go "home" to give birth, Queen Elizabeth may not love the idea.

Typically, there's some sort of fanfare after a royal gives birth -- be it in the form of a photo op, interview, or Instagram post -- and, understandably, said fanfare is in the UK.

On the flip side, though, in addition to Meghan feeling completely alone so far away from home, let's be honest here: The British press hasn't exactly been kind to her since she married Prince Harry.

If the queen doesn't give Meghan the OK to give birth in the States, there are also rumblings that the duchess, at the very least, wants to spend her maternity leave in Los Angeles.

The insider said that Meghan wants to spend time with her mother, Doria Ragland, after giving birth.

"Meghan wants to spend the first three months post-birth at home in LA with Doria and bond with the baby away from prying eyes," a source said. "It's the place she calls home, after all, which she says is vital for her mental health."

Apparently, Prince Harry has his reservations about such an idea, but at the end of the day, he wants to make Meghan happy.

"Harry was initially concerned at the implications of having their second child in the US, as well as the problems it could cause with his family," the source revealed. "But it's believed he'll support Meghan and do whatever it takes to make her happy and alleviate any anxieties or stresses."

Aww.

A lot of the gossip we hear about Harry and Meghan is completely made up, so we'll have to wait and see what happens if and when they welcome their next child. That said, who could blame Meghan for wanting to be at home with friends and family during one of the most vulnerable times in a woman's life?
