Any apartment owned by Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is bound to be drool-worthy. Simply put, the lifestyle guru and reality TV star has taste. Now, some lucky Manhattanite is going to get to scoop up one of Frankel's properties: a Soho apartment that she bought back in 2014 for $4.2 million. After doing a few renovations, she's listing it with celeb broker Fredrik Eklund for $5.25 million, reports Curbed.com.
News of the Soho spot's hitting the market comes five months after Eklund helped her sell her Tribeca condo in just one day. (Yes, really.)
Frankel, who lives with her 6-year-old daughter Bryn and dog Cookie, explained to People that she purchased the Soho home when she was going through her divorce from Jason Hoppy, and now she's ready for a different space. "Our Soho apartment is an amazing place, but I'd like a bigger place now for both of us," she said.
If you want to fantasize about moving into the 2,392-square-foot luxe pad, here are a few jaw-dropping shots of Frankel's soon-to-be former home.
