The 29-year-old, who, in 2016, became the first plus-size model to appear on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, has never shied away from showing fans just how comfortable she is with herself, which is just an important message for girls and women of all ages.

Her photo caption really says it all: "I work out. I do my best to eat well. I love the skin I'm in. And I'm not ashmaed of a few lumps, bumps or cellulite.. and you shouldn't be either." Pure awesomeness from a pure beauty. Take a look:

I'm not saying it's easy to not ever wish you looked like a Victoria's Secret model, but Graham's message is such an important reminder that we're all so much more than the sum of our lumps and bumps.

For young women and men who feel like maybe they'll never hit their ideal weight, rock six-pack abs, or be mistaken for Gigi and Bella Hadid, a Jonas brother, or Ashley Graham herself, her words are right on time -- and, ultimately, so true.
