We were all sorts of shocked by the preview for the seventh season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, in which Amy (Duggar) King admitted to being physically abused. Fans were quick to tell her to get the heck out of her marriage if Dillon King is abusing her already, but now Amy is explaining why she's not even thinking about divorcing her husband of just over a year.

Amy stopped by People Now with her hubs Dillon recently, and explained that she was not talking about him in the MBC scene. In the disturbing clip for the new season of the show, Amy confessed that she was choked by someone, and held up to the ceiling.

The self-proclaimed black sheep of the Duggar family explained to People Now, "I can't say who it is, but I can say, on the show I did forgive them. It was a very heartfelt moment where I actually forgave that person who hurt me when I was younger."

She added that it was a family member of hers, but declined to elaborate on who it was. She did say, "I love the person very much and we're better now. But I did need to heal from that."

As for the perception that it was Dillon who choked her, he said that they "got hate mail and all kinds of stuff." Amy chimed in that "it was crazy," and people were giving her advice left and right about leaving her marriage.

She shared, "People were like, 'Amy run. Run away from him. Divorce him now. He's going to abuse you, you don't need that.'"

We're so sad that Amy had to endure someone she loves hurting her like that -- no one deserves that. But we're also glad to hear that she's not being complacent in an abusive marriage either.
