Talk about royally sweet! Kate Middleton visited with the Cub Scouts on Wednesday, and of course, adorable photo ops abounded. In honor of the British organzation's 100th anniversary, the duchess spent a few hours with boys and girls enrolled in the Cub Scouts who were between the ages of 8 and 10. And not surprisingly, Kate somehow managed to make the iconic Cub Scout scarf look fashionable. Only Katie.

Kate paired the knotted scarf with a tan turtleneck, khaki Zara jeans, and suede tasseled Really Wild boots. She wore her hair down, and completed the look with small, dangly earrings. Très chic.

Here's the duchess donning an "arm sling" as well during a tutorial on how to support a broken arm. Too cute.

From 2011 to 2013, when she lived in Anglesey, Kate worked as a volunteer with a Cub Scout pack, so no doubt she felt at home with the troop on Wednesday. She apparently got the festivities going by leading the scouts in a few parachute games before helping with other activities, such as cake decorating and learning important first-aid skills.

As Us Weekly reports, Scout leader Hazel Coley said of the duchess's visit, "Meeting the duchess has been the best birthday present this Cub Scout Pack could have possibly imagined. It's an evening that they will never forget, and the most exciting thing that has happened to me in all my time as a volunteer."

Meeting with the future queen of England may have been slightly lost on some of the kids since they're still so young, but talk about precious photos to have for when you're older.

Frame these photos, kids! Your future children will be amazed by them. Scout's honor.
