16 Stars Who Made the 2016 CMA Awards Seriously Glam

It is undeniably fall. And that means awards season is inevitably upon us. Sure, that means honoring many of our favorite artists and their talent. But it also means honoring celebrity red carpet style statements (and the designers behind them) that make awards season oh-so fashionably fun.

While the awards shows vary, the excitement we feel as we watch the stars, from Carrie Underwood to Nicole Kidman, strut down the red carpet is undeniable and never-ending. So it's no secret that many of us flocked to our TV screens to catch the 50th Annual Country Music Awards's red carpet (and then stayed tuned to catch some celebs who bypassed the carpet and stylishly shined on stage). Here are the 16 fashion statements that we're still talking about it.

  • Taylor Swift

Looking at Taylor Swift, there's absolutely no denying that her style has evolved into a more sophisticated, clean (less prom-like) look overtime. So with that said, we absolutely adore this timeless yet modern look that she's rocking from Julien Macdonald. This halter number is sheer with a bit of midriff and gorgeous beading, and we simply can't get enough.

  • Beyonce

Beyonce made an appearance to perform "Daddy Lessons" from her latest album, Lemonade. As always she looked ridiculously flawless in her sheer golden Zuhair Murad lace dress, fixed with netting, capped sleeves, and a plunging neckline (accessorized with pearls that hung delicately from her neck). The pop star came to slay.

  • Miranda Lambert
