Kim Kardashian Vanishes From Social Media as Quickly as She Returned

She speaks! Well, sort of. Nearly a month after her Paris robbery, Kim Kardashian finally broke her social media silence on Wednesday -- but then quickly deleted the posts. Kim posted to Facebook of all places, first advertising her Lumee light-up iPhone case, then linking out to two posts featured on her app -- one her assistant Stephanie Sheppard wrote about Halloween costume tips, and the other teasing old Halloween videos from the Kardashian family. The posts were up for a few hours before Kim -- or someone -- deleted them, and now the bizarre move has people scratching their heads.

After the posts, thousands of fans left words of support for their queen, but still, no response from the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star. Mashable also reportedly reached out to Kim's reps, but haven't gotten a response back. Us Weekly is now reporting that Kim's posts were "an error" and that she didn't mean to post them. In all likelihood, Kim or someone who works for her preset the posts a few months back and forgot to unschedule them after the robbery.

More from CafeMom:

Aside from a few low-key outings, Kim seems to be committed to keeping a pretty low profile these days. She's reportedly going to get back to work in the next few weeks or so, and when she does, it's likely she'll return to social media via Instagram, Snapchat, or Twitter. Facebook's cool and all, but it's certainly not Kim's main form of communication with her fans.

Hopefully, we'll hear from Kim -- for real -- soon. But more importantly, hopefully our girl is relaxing with family and getting the help that she needs after such a terrifying event.
