Creepy Video of Kim Kardashian After Her Paris Robbery Has Surfaced

It's a situation on top of a situation. Recently, it was revealed that someone secretly recorded the aftermath of Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery and posted it online, or more likely, sold it online. From the sound of things, it was one of the police officers who arrived at the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's apartment after she was accosted by five masked men. In the video, Kim can be seen sitting on the couch with a blanket wrapped around her while she's FaceTiming with someone.

Radar Online originally posted the video and it's since been taken down (everywhere) due to threats from Kim's legal team. Apparently, the video was taken about five hours after the attack, and Kim seems much calmer than the "hysterical" state that was originally reported. A few people reviewed the tape, including Henderson Cooper, a retired Los Angeles Police Department supervisor of detectives, and felt that Kim's demeanor was grossly different from how people "typically" act in such situations. "I would have expected her to have been extremely nervous and ill at ease," Cooper told Radar. "Usually cases with civilians who are not experienced with such conflict, people get shakes, they get unstable. Sometimes they get light-headed or confused and I hear nothing to suggest that."

The bigger issue here, though, is the fact that there's a recording of Kim at all. Apparently, the person who secretly taped the mom of two in such a private setting could be in big trouble, as it's a major violation of French privacy laws. It's illegal to film someone in a private setting without their knowledge, which is exactly what this is. As of now, Kim's legal team is working with French authorities to find out who the videographer is, and once they find out, he or she could face up to a year in jail, as well as a $50,000 fine.

Being that there weren't a ton of people in the apartment at the time, it can't be too long until the person is caught and the appropriate punishment is doled out. They obviously were just trying to make a buck, but clearly, their sneaky recording wasn't worth it at all. Bad move, dude.
