Watch 'Stranger Things' Kids Get Emmys Off to Funky Start With a Flawless Dance

Talk about a super cool opening act! Before the official start of Sunday's Emmy Awards, three of the stars of Stranger Things took the stage to bring a little "Uptown Funk" and a whole lot of fun to the awards show. Millie Bobby Brown, our intrepid Eleven; Caleb McLaughlin, the delightfully skeptical Lucas; and Gaten Matarazzo, the lovable, curly-haired Dustin, did Bruno Mars proud with their rendition of the 2014 hit. Don't believe me? Just watch.

We already know Brown can rap with the best of 'em, but it takes real guts to get up there in front of a crowd this size and sing and dance as a preteen. Heck, most adults couldn't pull it off. But I suppose if you're not afraid to do battle in "the upside down" as these kids do in their series, which has become an instant classic, what's a little live performance, right?

How great are they? Unless you were a star who took home an Emmy, this could very well have been the highlight of the night!

As if that weren't enough to completely steal the show, the trio handed out peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to audience members, including David Schwimmer. The former Friends star was nominated for his supporting role as Robert Kardashian in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story but lost to costar Sterling K. Brown. We're glad to see he still got to take a little something home as a souvenir. And it probably paired nicely with the "juice" that host Jimmy Kimmel delivered to him.

These kids are so adorable and talented, we can't help but root for them -- whether they'e slaying monsters on the small screen or entertaining A-listers at the Emmys. Season 2 can't come fast enough!
