Tyga Might Be Headed Straight to Jail Upon Return From Kylie's Birthday Bash

The jig is up! Tyga may have just bought girlfriend Kylie Jenner a $200,000 car for her birthday, but the rapper might have to stop living the good life soon. Evidently, there's a warrant out for Tyga's arrest. Yikes!

Tyga is currently in Turks and Caicos with a bunch of friends, celebrating Kylie's 19th birthday, but according to lawyers, he will be "detained" once he's back in the States. Boris Treyzon -- the attorney representing the Tyga's former landlord, Gholamreza Rezai -- claims that the father-of-one failed to show up in court on Tuesday.

Treyzon said that Tyga was to appear in court on Tuesday, but didn't show (because he was partying with Kylie, duh). "The court agreed with that his actions have been not what society demands of him, so they issued a bench warrant. Now, if he comes in contact with law enforcement, they will likely detain him and keep him detained until he posts bond," he told People magazine.

Apparently, Tyga was served legal papers a few weeks ago while he was in the middle of a show. "We served him at Fluxx night club in San Diego on July 20," Treyszon told the mag. "He was performing on stage, reaching out to the audience, and our processor decided to give him a gift back." That's almost as genius as the time Kris Humphries served Kanye a subpoena in a Nordstrom box.

According to documents obtained by People, Tyga owes his former landlord $480,285.00 in damages for the place he used to rent. So giving his girlfriend a Maybach for her birthday probably wasn't a good look.

Treyzon also eluded to the fact that this isn't the only transgression Tyga has against him. The attorney said that he's the only one who's "taken it this far" because it's a large sum of money, but from the sound of things, Tyga has been shirking his duties and not paying up on a fairly regular basis.

Hopefully, once Tyga gets back to the US, he'll take care of business and pay his former landlord for the whopping amount of damages. How irresponsible can one person be?! But in the meantime, Treyzon and his team can rest easy knowing that there's no way he's enjoying himself right now. Who could relax on a vacation when they may be arrested when they return?
