Kylie Jenner Gets an Obnoxiously Extravagant Birthday Gift From Tyga

Just a small token of his appreciation. When Kylie Jenner turned 18, her "new" boyfriend Tyga bought -- actually leased -- her a Ferrari. Sweet, if not utterly ridiculous. And clearly wanting to do her one better this year, Tyga bought Kylie a Mercedes Maybach for her 19th birthday, which is August 10. Because you can't buy someone a Ferrari one year and then give them a Bath and Body Works gift certificate the next. Sorry.

Kylile -- duh -- posted a video of her new wheels to Snapchat and Instagram. The makeup maven simply wrote, "Thank you baby" and tagged Tyga on Instagram. Pretty intense gift from someone you were broken up with a few weeks ago!

Thank you baby @kinggoldchains

You gotta love the fact that Kylie's reaction to a $200,000 car was met with the same enthusiasm of someone whose grandmother just dropped by for a surprise visit. Did she even stop eating that banana?!

The Kardashian-Jenner girls certainly aren't strangers to the finer things in life. And being that Tyga bought Kylie such an extravagant gift last year, she likely was expecting something exciting this year as well. But 18 is a milestone birthday! Nineteen is just ... 19. Isn't this a touch elaborate?

Being that so many of Kylie's Snapchats are shot in her car, no doubt, the Maybach will get tons of use. Hey, it's kind of like a business investment! But man, it's hard to wrap one's head around Tyga spending so much money on a gift for his girlfriend. The girl has everything already! (And does he even make that much?!) She probably would have been happy with a romantic night out. But let's be honest, that wouldn't have been quite as Snapchatable.

Congrats on the new car, Kylie! She's a beaut. But you might want to start thinking of birthday gifts for Tyga now. This is going to be hard to top.
