Josh Duggar's Infidelity Drama Will Not Go Away -- What Did He Expect?

Josh and Anna Duggar

As if sex scandals and multiple dating profiles aren't horrifying enough, here comes some more drama to rock the Duggar world. DJ Matthew McCarthy is suing Josh Duggar for using his photo on dating sites without his knowledge or consent. Yeah, this lawsuit is definitely what the Duggars do not need!

People reports the Los Angeles, California, disc jockey is still dealing from the blowback of Josh's allegedly using his pic on sites like Ashley Madison and OkCupid -- as well as Twitter.

Seeking undisclosed damages, McCarthy claims Josh has caused:

... Prolonged pain and suffering, anxiety, depression, embarrassment, humiliation, loss of self-esteem and extreme and severe mental anguish and emotional distress including but not limited to frequent panic attacks, disruption of sleep and insomnia, mood changes, fits of anger, a loss of interest in pursuing both professional and personal endeavors, and a complete loss of self-confidence."

Yikes!

And, in case you're wondering, here's a side-by-side comparison of Josh Duggar and Matthew McCarthy.

McCarthy also believes Josh "acted willfully, maliciously and impressively," and fears he will continue to receive criticism and both professional and personal rejection because of the father of five's actions.

This whole thing is such a mess. Talk about a ripple effect from one bad action to the next!

If Josh did in fact use this man's identity (image) in this manner, the punishment certainly should fit the crime. It's beyond creepy to think anyone would do this and not think it wouldn't come to light.

That is a Bible verse you know!

(Josh, you might want to look up Luke 8:17, IJS.)
