Khloe Kardashian Reveals Exactly What She Eats in a Day to Stay So Thin

She's sexy and she knows it. Khloe Kardashian has given a lot of credit to her religious -- and rigorous -- workout routine for the 40 pounds that she's lost in the last few months. But the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who looks skinnier than ever lately, recently revealed what she eats in the span of a day to stay as fit as she does. And while it certainly helps to have a private chef, there's no denying it: Khloe's diet takes dedication!

Khloe recently let fans in on her daily diet on her app, and the Strong Looks Better Naked author definitely bulks up on her veggies and goes light on the carbs. A typical day for Khloe looks kind of like this:

  • Black coffee and water before hitting the gym
  • More water, oatmeal, and a protein shake after the gym
  • An apple and peanut butter for a late morning snack
  • A lunch that consists of salad and protein like chicken
  • Homemade hummus and chopped veggies for an afternoon snack
  • A dinner of steamed veggies and fish
  • Plain Greek yogurt for dessert

Sounds pretty tasty, but ... where's the bread and cake? Kidding. Obviously, you don't get to eat bread and cake when you're trying to look like Khloe.

Despite the fact that Khloe is extremely dedicated to her diet and fitness, the reality star still has days where she messes up. "I had no self control eating wise today lol. Not cute! Road trips + birthday cake + no workout = disaster," Khloe tweeted after making a trip to see her grandmother for her birthday. It happens to the best of us, girl. 

Without question, Khloe is in the best shape of her life and looks incredible lately. So, whatever she's doing, she certainly ought to keep it up. But for the rest of us, the real question is: Is a life without frosting one worth living?
